At AveryMo, LLC, we strive to provide our customers with excellent service and high-quality domain names. However, we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if:
  • The domain name purchased was not transferred to your account within 10 business days of the purchase.
  • The domain name purchased was not as described.
  • The domain name purchased has been withdrawn from the market and is no longer available for sale.
  • There was a technical error in the purchase process that prevented you from receiving the domain name.
Refund Process

To request a refund, please send an email to our customer service team at refunds@averymo.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Once your refund request has been received, we will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain fees associated with domain name purchases are non-refundable, including:

ICANN fees

Fees associated with domain name transfers.

Fees associated with domain name appraisals

Exceptions

Our refund policy does not apply to domain names that have been sold through our auction platform. Once a domain name is sold through our auction platform, it is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.
