To request a refund, please send an email to our customer service team at email@example.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Once your refund request has been received, we will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that certain fees associated with domain name purchases are non-refundable, including:

Our refund policy does not apply to domain names that have been sold through our auction platform. Once a domain name is sold through our auction platform, it is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.
